It sucks...Both literally and metaphorically
"- I dont think the manufacturer owns a ruler. Length measurements are off by 1/4" (see photo).
- The inner diameter of the cylinder is also off by 1/4". I ordered the 2.5" cylinder but the inner diameter is only 2.25"
- And the vacuum tube is annoyingly short. You're going to want to replace it with some new tubing about 3 to 4 times the length of what it comes with.
- The pump does indeed hold a vacuum when the cylinder is against bare skin. However the acrylic becomes painful after awhile. You're going to want a silicone sleeve. I purchased a Blush brand silicone sleeve which turned out to be a scam. None of them are sized correctly to fit around the outer edges of ANY cylinders. So I'm still searching for a silicone sleeve. I bid you good luck in your own search.
Summary: I have to assume these acrylic tubes are all generic products made by the same manufacturer who isn't doing a very good job. Then, the tubes get branded by whomever is reselling them online. Quality control doesn't seem to exist."
Make sure tops valve is secure to prevent initial leaks
"Straight out of the box. Does not hold vacuum. Found out th top valve was not secure. Tightened valve and pump works great great! Lot of power and tj handle grips are very comfortable. The wide base is impressive as well. Customer Support was great in responding and I advised them for their QA to check for leaks prior to packaging. Overall, the packaging was good. I wild still recommend this device.
Update—- after a while the valve leaked again. I was able to give it a good fix using plumbers pipe tape. Sealed it good"

"Complete waste of money! Will not hold pressure, leaks in multiple places. Connection to tube leaks. Tube has no seal. Terrible design. Do Not Buy! Would give negative stars if possible."
